Kombucha Brewing Adventures
While perusing my yoga blogs today I came across a Valentine’s special that made me think about brewing my own Kombucha again. As the wife of a brewer, of beer, and a DIY-er, one who loves Kombucha, I think the time has come for me to learn how to brew this vinegary concoction.

YogaWoman
This week I got the opportunity to see the new film YogaWoman.
It was really fun. A few friends from my yoga studio, NC Yoga, went out for fish tacos and then popped on over to see the film put on by NoDa Yoga and the Women Centered Art Co-Op. The margaritas were yummy and I got to try the Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout which was super nomalicious. It was a good time all around.
