Everything is a Remix
The scoby was slimy and there was a little one on top of the wavy one I got from Nikki that was slightly too big for the jar. I stuck the scoby in the fridge and I plan on brewing another batch tomorrow. After this next batch, I’d like to start experimenting with using some of our brew stuff to make larger batches. But first let’s get “plain” right…

Kirby Ferguson takes us on a journey of intellectual property. After watching his Protect IP Act Breaks the Internet when he was speaking out about SOPA/PIPA, I discovered this series… which he has recently completed.
His compelling 4 part series will help you understand where we’ve been and the future of creativity by explaining why intellectual property doesn’t work.
He covers music, hollywood, technology and the history of intellectual property. The comparisons are brilliantly edited together to produce shining examples of copy|transform|combine over and over in all walks of life.
Part 1 The Song Remains the SameCopy, transform and combine. It’s who we are, it’s how we live, and of course, it’s how we create. Our new ideas evolve from the old ones.
